By accessing and using the BEYOND MANUAL DEVELOPMENT and Atom One marketplace, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. USE LICENSE

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on the marketplace for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the portal
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property related to creator projects is licensed to investors via NFT upon successful funding. Creators retain all IP ownership unless otherwise specified in project terms. The marketplace does not claim ownership of user-submitted content.

4. BLOCKCHAIN AND CRYPTOCURRENCY RISKS

Use of Atom One involves cryptocurrency transactions. You acknowledge and accept the risks inherent in blockchain technology, including:

• Price volatility of ATONE and PHOTON tokens
• Network congestion or RPC endpoint delays
• Smart contract and wallet integration vulnerabilities
• Loss of funds due to seed phrase compromise or user transaction error

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall the BMD protocol operators or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed in accordance with applicable cryptocurrency paradigms. Disputes shall be resolved through decentralized dispute frameworks or community governance mechanisms where possible.
